The Ithaca TEA Party has draft for a declaration of opposition against Agenda 21 and the other trampling of the Constitution that the Obama regime is engaging in. The plan is to discuss and adopt this in our next meeting.

We pledge to defend the United States of America, our Constitution and laws, our people, our freedoms and liberties, our values, our way of life, our land, our borders, and our resources.

We reject and will oppose all international and foreign jurists and bureaucrats who do not respect our Constitution, our freedoms, independence, and national sovereignty.   We reject and will oppose all attempts of these people to overrun our Constitution, our Congress, and our courts to impose foreign law on America, and to rob the American people of their precious right to govern themselves.  We repudiate any claims of universal jurisdiction and sovereignty over us that are repugnant to our Constitution.   And we reject the notion that we are or should be bound by treaties that we have not signed or ratified.  And we reject the notion that American officials attempting to act in our best interests under valid American law can be seized and held for trial by foreign or international jurists.  We will consider all attempts to do so as hostile acts and will strongly oppose them.

And for all these good reasons and more, we specifically and strongly oppose the ratification of the International Criminal Court Treaty, the Law of the Sea Treaty, the United Nations Small Arms Treaty, the European Code of Conduct in Outer Space and the United Nations Convention on the Child.  We also strongly oppose Agenda 21.

And we strongly urge all Americans and especially all public officials to publicly pledge their opposition to the above treaties and agreements and their commitment to define America.
